These brown vermicelli noodles are made from organic brown rice flour without added salt. You can prepare delicious vegan noodles or tjauw min (chow mein) with organic vermicelli noodles. The vermicelli noodles are ready super quickly, because you only have to cook them for 4-5 minutes. These brown vermicelli noodles are indispensable in Vietnamese cuisine. You put them in a Vietnamese bowl or fill a tasty Vietnamese (pho) soup with them. Or use them in a healthy Vietnamese summer roll.

Usage
Preparation: bring a pan with plenty of water to the boil. Add the noodles and immediately stir gently with a fork. Let cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water. Delicious with oriental vegetables and Japanese seasonings.
