Delivery Time & Delays

First delivery attempt failed? Parcel not picked up?
If you are not at home at the first delivery attempt, PostNL will offer the package to a collection point nearby. This can be picked up during 5 working days before the package is returned. As soon as the package is returned, the purchase amount will be refunded less € 5.95 return and administration costs.
Package lost or damaged?
Don't panic, we are happy to help you. Please contact our customer service via e-mail, state your order number and a brief explanation. In case of a damaged package or product, also send photos.
Return
If you have changed your mind, you can return it at your own expense and without giving any reason. Report your return within 14 days of receipt, then you have another 14 days to return the package. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is used, opened or missing a seal, we unfortunately cannot take it back for hygienic reasons.
- Report return : To return (part of) your order, you must send an email to support@biolovers.nl within 14 days of receipt, containing the following information: order number, product name, number of pieces and possibly the track & trace number .
- Return : After reporting your return, you have 14 days to return your order. Use a trackable or insured method such as registered delivery and request proof of postage from your post office. Returns can be sent to:

- Refund : When we have received your return properly and the product is unopened and unused, we will process your return. You can expect the purchase amount on your account within 7 days. If payment afterwards is used, the payment obligation for the returned product will lapse.
