Can I return an item?

Do you want to return an item? Then this can be done at your own expense and within 14 days. Please note, the item must be returned in its original unopened packaging.

When will I receive my package?

When ordering, we always indicate on which day we will ship your package. In most cases you will receive the shipment within 1-2 working days (for the Netherlands & Belgium). For other countries, please refer to the delivery page.

Can I also pick up my package from you?

This is certainly possible, but make an appointment for this. This can be done by telephone or e-mail.

Do you also have a shop?

At the moment we do not have a physical store, but you are always welcome at our office in Amsterdam.

Where are the products made?

We sell different brands, and that is why there is no unambiguous answer to this. For example, Mattisson produces 99% of its products in the Netherlands and the rest within Europe. E3Live comes from the United States and is also made here. Naturya & Taka Turmeric are packaged in the UK.

Should I take Lion's Mane powder with warm water?

The beta-glucans are not released for all mushrooms only through “hot water extraction” (whether in a lab or in a cup of hot tea). It is necessary for mushrooms that contain a lot of chytin, but Lion's Mane is not one of them. Chytin is the substance that gives a mushroom growing (on the ground) its firmness. Lion's Mane grows in nature on trees and is soft. So for Lion's Mane hot water extraction is not necessary.

How long can I keep Mattisson's MCT Oil opened?

It has a shelf life until the date stated on the label. It will not harm the product if it is opened.

Why is there a color difference with the Aloe Vera Juice?

The Aloe Vera Juice is very sensitive to the season in which it is harvested. When harvested in the rainy season, the color is more yellow/green than when harvested in a dry season. The color of the Aloe Vera juice also has a lot of influence on the place where the bottle is stored. It is very sensitive to light and this will also make the juice darker.
