Favourite Greens contains a long list of nature's amazing vegetables, berries, and grasses - all organic. You will find i.a. Alfalfa grass, barley grass, oatmeal, broccoli, spinach, cabbage, peas, cauliflower, parsley, bean sprouts, cucumber, celery, asparagus, apples, beets, carrots, tomatoes, strawberries, cherries, blueberries, garlic, green onions, celery, black currants, raspberries, ginger, and green ropes.

TABLETS VS POWDER?

We have chosen to make Favourite Greens on tablets and not as a loose powder, which this type of product often comes in. We have done this to offer an alternative to those who dislike the taste of a greens powder in their smoothie or just do not remember to use a loose powder daily.

The small green tablets are easy to take with a glass of water. They smell slightly of dry green and can also easily be blended into a smoothie or juice.

The National Board of Health recommends that you eat 600 g of fruit and vegetables a day, but unfortunately, very few people achieve that goal. At VITAVIVA, we like to prioritize the green element in our daily diet.

A dietary supplement is, of course, not enough to cover your needs, as the primary source of green must come from your diet. But in our view, incorporating a greens powder in your daily diet is definitely a contribution to the green goal of 600 g of fruit and vegetables. Furthermore, it will also provide nutrients from raw materials that you might not include in your daily diet yourself.

DOSAGE? We recommend taking 2 tablets once a day for a normal body balance. In addition, it can be taken as a cure at therapeutic dose consisting of 2 tablets 2-3 times daily.
