Composition per maximum daily dose of 6 gummies:
Fiber 11.2 grams

Ingredients
Fructo-oligosaccharides, water, gelling agent (pectin), stabilizers (agar agar, tapioca starch), food acid (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium citrate), natural flavouring, paprika extract (Capsicum annuum), glazing agent (carnauba wax).

Usage
Children (ages 4-11 years): Chew 2 gummies up to 2 times per day under adult supervision.
From 12 years: chew 2 gummies up to 3 times a day.

New users start with 1 serving per day and can gradually increase daily intake.
If discomfort occurs, reduce the dose.
