Although Vegums are certified vegan by the Vegan Society, that doesn't mean they aren't also perfect for vegetarians and omnivores aged 3 and up. Vegetables in particular struggle to meet their iron quota, and there's no doubt that a tasty gummy is also a better option for omnis.
